We hope that you’re delighted with your order, however, if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may request a return for your item(s) within 14 days from the delivery date. After your return request has been accepted, you then have a further 14 days to return your order. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Please note that all returns are at the expense of the buyer and charges can be found in the portal.
To begin your return please follow these steps:
- Open the Returns Portal
- Enter your Order Number (please also include a # before your Order Number e.g. #1234) and the Email Address that was used on the order
- Select the item(s) you would like to return to us
- Print the postage label and attach it to the outside of the package
- Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown in the portal
Please be aware returns take up to 5 business days to arrive at our warehouse, and a further 3 business days to be processed by our team.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within five days of us receiving the returned item(s), however, please note that some payment providers can take up to 10 working days to credit your account. Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping charges. Any duties and taxes paid separately at checkout are also nonrefundable.
