Important Update: Temporary Suspension of U.S. Shipments

As of April 30, 2025, we will be temporarily suspending all orders to the USA due to recent changes to the de minimis threshold—a policy that previously allowed goods under $800 USD to enter the US without incurring duties or taxes. With its removal, all shipments are now subject to tariffs and additional processing, creating unexpected challenges for small, independent brands like ours.

As a small team, these changes have been difficult to navigate—but please know we are doing everything we can to find a swift and sustainable solution that minimises the impact on you, our customers. We hope to resume US shipping in the coming weeks. In the meantime, you can continue to shop our products through our US stockists—a full list is available below. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We guarantee no additional import charges upon delivery. Please note that transit times are an estimation only. We aim to meet the delivery times quoted but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections, can result in delivery delays.

Upon dispatch you will receive an email containing a link to tracking. If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 5 business days, please let us know so that we can open an investigation.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO boxes. If you entered a PO box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.
